Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bouwer Gallery purchase. Because each product is made-to-order, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@bouwergallery.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Order Issues
If you entered an incorrect address or the courier cannot deliver due to address error, please contact us immediately. We can help resend the order once it’s returned, but additional shipping fees may apply.
